Shipping policy

Processing time: Orders ship from our Woodland Hills clinic within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping options (United States only):

- Economy (5-8 business days): FREE on orders of $50 or more; $4.90 for orders under $50.

- Standard (3-4 business days): $6.90-$9.90 depending on package weight.

Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and begin once your order ships.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Local clients: You're always welcome to purchase products in person at our clinic at 6200 Canoga Ave, Suite 208, Woodland Hills, CA 91367.

Lost or damaged packages: If your package arrives damaged or tracking shows it was delivered but you didn't receive it, call us at (818) 518-4582 within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll help resolve it.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
